Memorandum of Understanding on R & D
On 8 December 2008 the Republic of Cyprus and the UK signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Research and Development. The Memorandum was signed by Minister of Education and Culture Andreas Demetriou and British High Commissioner Peter Millett.
