Directions coming off the motorway from Larnaca/Limassol

At the end of the motorway keep going straight along the road leading into town, which eventually becomes Makarios Avenue.  Continue along past the Debenhams Department Store on the right over the traffic lights keeping straight (you will pass Marks & Spencer on your left) and eventually come to a set of traffic lights where you have to turn left.  Turn right at the next set of lights (TGI Friday's will be on your left after you turn).  This road curves round to the left.  Go straight over the next set of lights past the old General Hospital on your left.  The road bends round to the left.  Get in the right hand lane, over the bridge and then take the next right at the lights.  Take the second turning right and follow the road past Highgate School until you come to a fork in the road.  The left road takes you to Cyprus Prison and the right lane leads you up to the High Commission.
